Cadox commits to deliver the items ordered on special booking form only after full payment.
Cadox has the right to choose the way of delivery without the consent of customer if this servise is required by the order or agreement between the parties.
Delivery services are available for an additional fee in accordance with the applicable rates.
The items (and facilities) are packed in accordance with normal practice before the transfer courier, post office or logistics company.
The orders to the other places of Lithuania, EU countries or other countries are send by courier servise.
The risk of the damage or loss of the shipment belongs to the service provider till the shipment is given to the courier servise.
The order should be delivered in 3-5 working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays) after the notification about the payment except there are no required item in stock.
Cadox commits to return the payment back and pay the cost of money transfer in 3 days if the item is not in stock and there is no possibility to order the item in a short time.
Cadox commits to contact the customer and cordinate the delivery terms in all cases if there is no possibility to deliver the order in terms.
The customer commits to collect the order by himself at the specified time (time interval).
The customer cannot make claims to Cadox if he cannot collect the shipment at the moment of delivery to the right address.
Cadox cordinate the delivery terms again if Cadox do not have a possibility to deliver the shipment to the customer because of customer‘s fault or the circumstances which belong on the customer. Repeated delivery is done not more than one time.
In all cases Cadox is not responsible for delivery terms if the shipment is not delivered or delivered after the terms because of the customer‘s fault or the circumstances which belong on the customer.
The customer commits to inform Cadox by email immediately if the package is damaged.
The customer commits to inform Cadox by email immediately if there are not ordered items in the package, there is not right number of items, the item is not right size, etc.
The customer must write comments on the delivery list during the time of delivery if the package is damaged or wet.
In all cases Cadox is not responsible for the damage of the item if it is damaged together with the package and the customed did not write comments about it on the delivery list.
The customer commits to inform Cadox about the damaged or not good quality items in 1 day after the delivery of the shipment. If it is not done in 1 day it means the perfect quality items were delivered.
